As a founding engineer, you’ll help build a new product that’s already hit product–market fit, with a clear path to transforming how entire industries operate. You won’t just be writing code, you’ll be shaping the playbook for the future of work alongside a small, relentless team pushing the edge of what’s possible with AI.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve our automation builder, enabling users to create sophisticated multi-agent workflows with ease
- Leverage AI to deliver smart suggestions for improving prompts and testing agent performance
- Develop features that let users supervise automations, jump in to assist, and teach agents through hands-on feedback
- Collaborate closely with product and design to shape the roadmap and bring bold ideas to life on the frontier of agentic AI
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of software engineering experience, mostly in TypeScript and React
- Have a strong bias towards action, a willingness to do whatever it takes, and embody show > tell
- Have a strong sense of agency, effectively prioritizing and unblocking yourself without much outside input
- Value taking ownership and responsibility for your projects and systems
- Studied Computer Science (or related field), or dropped out to build stuff
- Located in SF or willing to relocate
