Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking engineering team that’s building impactful digital products to protect millions of users across identity and device security. This is a hands-on development role ideal for software engineers who are fluent in .NET and React, with a passion for clean code, user-focused design, and modern cloud-native architecture. You’ll lead by example in collaborative environments, driving quality and scalability while solving real-world problems. This role offers both technical ownership and the opportunity to influence best practices across multiple product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, test, and document high-quality software solutions using .NET and React within agile, product-driven teams.
  • Actively contribute technical input during inceptions, planning meetings, and product roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to align technical strategies.
  • Take ownership of application health in production environments, ensuring KPIs and product goals are met.
  • Lead and mentor peers through practices like pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Participate in and foster a culture of open feedback via retrospectives and team standups.
  • Provide technical expertise in one or more business domains and help drive knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Offer reliable support for deployed software in real-world user environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in .NET and React; knowledge of Java is a plus.
  • Advanced experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with data modeling and query optimization.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a curiosity for understanding user needs and business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and volunteer days.
  • Access to training, upskilling programs, and growth opportunities.
  • Inclusive workplace culture with strong diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
  • Participation in innovative, purpose-driven projects with a real societal impact.
