We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join the GenStudio Engineering team. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-impact software solutions. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and influence the technical direction of GenStudio.

  • Architect and design complex, interlinked systems with a forward-looking perspective.
  • Lead development reviews and own designs that impact the fundamental architecture of GenStudio.
  • Make architectural decisions and simplify complex requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Define and establish code standards, test strategies, and automation technologies.
  • Lead code reviews and refactor complex areas to improve maintainability and performance.
  • Share programming expertise across multiple engineering domains and resolve high-complexity issues.
  • Choose or build frameworks and libraries to accelerate team velocity.
  • Regularly publish knowledge through white papers, architectural documents, or enablement sessions.
  • Mentor and coach engineers across teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of technical leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep domain knowledge in system design, architecture, and scalable software development.
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence technical strategy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Recognized as a thought leader within and beyond the organization.
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping engineering culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and evangelize new technologies.
  • Experience with building GenAI-first applications.
  • Contributions to industry forums, conferences, or open-source communities.
  • Competitive salary range of $170,500 -- $320,000 annually based on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles.
