Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling and appointment booking to maximize productivity.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Recruit, hire, and train office staff, cleaners, and field employees.
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to foster a positive work environment.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve business goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a general management or supervisory role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
