Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager in a quick service fast food environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food handling regulations, and hospitality standards.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with staff training programs and performance evaluations is preferred.
