About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of our CRM initiatives across email, SMS, and on-site personalization. This role is ideal for a collaborative marketer passionate about customer engagement, digital marketing, and the fast-paced world of beauty e-commerce. A successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of all weekly email and SMS campaigns, including ideation, creative briefing, tracking, QA, and deployment.
  • Develop and manage CRM content calendar and key messaging points in-line with brand and e-commerce marketing plans.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality launches that align with go-to-market strategies, while also meeting Olaplex.com revenue targets and campaign goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with global marketing, PR, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign strategies across channels.
  • Support Sr. Manager, CRM in advancing CRM strategies, including audience segmentation, send-time and creative optimization, and the implementation of dynamic personalization techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using channel reporting dashboards; track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and revenue attribution, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with our business analysts and vendors to monitor data hygiene inputs and outputs and overall customer file health, as well as increase consumer LTV and revenue per recipient.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce and beauty industry trends, maintain a competitive analysis library, and apply emerging best practices to continuously refine CRM and campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, or email marketing - preferably in an e-commerce or DTC environment.
  • Must have experience and familiarity with marketing automation tools / ESPs (Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, PostScript).
  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with multiple teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • CDP experience (Insider, Segment.io, Dotdigital), but not necessary.
