About the position

With a vision to 'Build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more,' Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale! The Global Partner Go To Market (GTM) Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GCPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments. The GCPS Global Skilling team engages across Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Platforms, AI Business Solutions and Security business groups as well as Worldwide Learning to deliver Certification, Sales and Project Ready skilling to drive Microsoft mindshare and build end-to-end capability and capacity within our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner skilling capacity at scale through custom global skilling plans designed to meet joint business goals.
  • Leverage knowledge of Microsoft’s technology platforms to land their critical business value.
  • Deliver certification, sales and technical skilling, at scale, to partners.
  • Work collaboratively within matrixed organizations to define and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Communicate targets and progress to goal effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive results.
  • Cultivate relationships with Microsoft partner leadership and Microsoft stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s technology platforms.
  • Experience in business planning and communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization.
  • High level of executive presence.
