About the position

As the Restaurant General Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Your leadership will be vital in developing your team, maintaining safety, and fostering a culture of success. This role emphasizes the importance of coaching, mentoring, and caring for your staff, as they are considered the company's most valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
