We are a growing, dynamic organization offering diverse challenges to innovative professionals. We are looking for a Production Control Planner to join our growing team! Strata-G Solutions is seeking a Government Property/Logistics Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing government and contractor-acquired property for Department of Defense programs-specifically the US Army and in the environments that involve mechanical and electrical kits, Aircraft Survivability/EW Systems, and PEO Aviation platform. This position is essential to ensuring compliance, accountability, traceability, and support for our warehousing storage and field support programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFE/P) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and fielding inventories.
  • Manage and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on government property, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and maintain inventory of mechanical, electrical and Hardware kit assemblies for field-deployable systems (Domestic and FMS), including systems and subsystems components.
  • Support asset tagging, barcode tracking, labeling, and documentation of property records using tools like ELMS, DPAS PA and DPAS W.
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including DCMA property reviews.
  • Coordinate with engineering, program management, and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate property movement, handoff, and accountability to include periodic inspections to maintain serviceability and operational readiness.
  • Interpret and enforce prescribed FAR and other government property clauses in execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct experience in Government Property Management in aerospace, defense, or national security environments.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS property regulations and DoD accountability standards.
  • Proven experience tracking, managing and preparing technical kits, prototypes, and deliverable systems for storage and fielding type contracts.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., Deltek/Costpoint, DPAS PA, DPAS W, ELMS Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)).
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, AL and interface directly with customers and functional team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with classified storage, inventory and accountability.
  • Background in Army Aviation and sub systems (ASE, COMSEC, ECUs/LRUs, etc).
  • Prior support to Firm Fixed Price (FFP) DoD contracts.
  • Experience with audits and preparing corrective action responses.
  • Technical aptitude to understand bill of materials (BOMs) and kit breakdowns.
