About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing entrees and hot appetizers, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation for our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Broil and grill food in quantities according to the menu and number of patrons to be served in a timely manner.
  • Maintain work area and cooking equipment in proper and sanitary order.
  • Prepare and plate food to order in accordance with approved recipes.
  • Cover, date, label, and store food items and ingredients during the scheduled shift.
  • Determine and establish the specified degree of doneness (i.e., rare, medium rare, etc.) for all cooked items.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits
