About the position

As the Growth Marketing Manager at Helix by HL, you’ll report directly to our COO and play a critical role in accelerating our go-to-market efforts. Helix is reimagining how wealth managers leverage alternative investments—bringing intuitive, digital-first solutions to a traditionally complex space. Your job is to make sure the right people know that. You’ll be responsible for building and executing growth-focused marketing campaigns that drive awareness, spark interest, and generate qualified leads. From social and email to SEO and beyond, you’ll experiment, optimize, and own full-funnel strategies that move the needle. Working closely with Sales and Success teams, you'll help scale a next-gen investment experience for wealth managers and their clients—translating product value into meaningful engagement and business outcomes. This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for a creative, data-driven marketer excited to roll up their sleeves and help build something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search (SEO/SEM), and more.
  • Own and execute the full-funnel marketing process — from audience targeting and creative development to landing page creation, retargeting, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Champion the Helix by HL brand across all initiatives, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that elevates our presence in the wealth management industry.
  • Leverage analytics and marketing insights to inform strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing resources, including budgets, platforms, vendors, and agency partners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on growth marketing in financial services, fintech, data/AI, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in enterprise marketing, with a focus on growth strategies. Direct to consumer experience is a bonus.
  • Skilled in developing compelling marketing materials and presentations to support campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint; able to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content that drives action.
  • Hands-on experience in lean or start-up environments, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and tools, with a curiosity for emerging tech and software.

  • Understanding of alternative/private market investments.
  • General familiarity with Generative AI and large language models.
