We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Product Manager to own the end-to-end digital funnel strategy for Unison’s mortgage lending platform, from top-of-funnel awareness through conversion, retention, and upsell. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, and who has a passion for building scalable, data-driven acquisition and engagement pipelines. You’ll lead initiatives across SEO, paid media, content strategy, referral programs, application funnel optimization, and retention efforts. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and Sales, you’ll turn insights into experiments, and experiments into measurable business outcomes. This is a hybrid position with the requirement of 3 full days in our San Francisco, CA office.
