Responsibilities

  • Own, define, and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy that positions SPOTIO as the undisputed market leader.
  • Champion innovation across the organization, focusing on leveraging AI to create game-changing value.
  • Lead discovery interviews and spend significant time with customers to understand their business and uncover their most pressing unmet needs.
  • Translate strategy and customer insights into a proactive, data-informed product roadmap.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from high-level strategic planning to feature prioritization and launch execution.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, President, and the leadership team in the GTM strategy.
  • Attract, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, high energy, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of product leadership experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS product organization through key growth stages (e.g., from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR).
  • A passion for product and user experience, focused on solving real-world business problems.
  • Deep technical fluency and understanding of modern technology trends, including AI/ML.
  • Energetic and proactive leadership style with a 'player-coach' mindset.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute at every level.
  • Extensive experience leading product development in an Agile environment.
