The Host is where each guest experience starts and ends. The door or 'Porta' is the most important part of the restaurant. First and Last impressions matter and have a lasting impact on the guest experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome each Guest upon arrival and thank them for joining Over Easy when they leave.
Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system.
If on a wait keep, remember it is our job to Spark Brighter Days.
Answer phones, be able to answer guest questions or get them to the person that can best take care of that guests needs.
Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed.
Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables.
Requirements
Fun, energetic, eager and a committed team member.
Familiar with basic iPad systems functionality.
Able to communicate clearly with teammates and the management team.
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
At least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
