House Cleaner

About the position

This position allows you to help families who don't have time to clean their homes, bringing them joy and relief while rewarding yourself in the process. No experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training on our proven cleaning process. You will have the chance to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days a week) with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Our compensation plan allows you to control your income, with wages ranging from $13.00 to $18.00 per hour based on your experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• For team leads: manage the team's schedule and drive safely to cleaning sites
• For team leads: maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 5:30 pm
• Must be able to communicate well with clients
