About the position

GrecoMD, partnered with Align ENT is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Hybrid Front Desk/Marketing Associate to join our team. This dual-role position combines excellent customer service skills at the front desk with dynamic marketing responsibilities to support our growing practice. The successful candidate will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for our patients while also contributing to our marketing initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and driving patient engagement. In this role, you will greet patients, manage appointments, and assist with day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring our front office runs smoothly. Simultaneously, as part of our marketing team, you'll develop and implement marketing strategies, maintain social media platforms, and assist with promotional events aimed at increasing our community outreach and educating the public about our Plastics service line. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient communications effectively.
  • Support marketing initiatives by creating engaging content for social media and managing online presence.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote our services and educate patients.
  • Maintain organized front desk operations and tackle administrative tasks as needed.
  • Photograph/film before & afters, procedures in the OR/office suite.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service or sales role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-motivated.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy (HIPAA).
  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding patient service.
