Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The Commercial Marketing team drives the marketing strategy for new product launches, always-on marketing for key lines of business, and the positioning of key affordability programs like Apple Trade In and Financing. As part of the team, you'll be focused on leading initiatives that keep Apple Retail front of mind for customers as they consider, browse and buy iPhone.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and manage iPhone marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement and conversion
  • Ensuring always-on marketing support that extends across digital and physical touchpoints such as email, push notifications, paid media, in-store signage and more
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and gain inputs
  • Developing concise briefs for creative teams and drive the process to keep teams connected and work progressing to key deadlines; ensure seamless execution at go-live
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics, identify trends to understand what's driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • 7+ years in Retail Marketing for a leading consumer brand or retailer
  • Experience with email marketing, push notifications, paid media and CRM
  • Ability to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent at building and delivering presentations to partners and leaders of all levels
  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing financing or payment programs a plus
