About the position

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Inbound Distribution Area by effectively managing compliance, documentation, and shipment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior management in processing, organizing, and distributing compliance documentation across departments
  • Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for internal staff to ensure timely and consistent knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Perform tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient physical movement of shipments, in accordance with client instructions and company standards
  • Administer internal audits and support compliance-related activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sourcing teams to identify supplier non-compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and company guidelines in all daily tasks
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 Years of experience in supply chain, distribution or warehouse operations with focus on inbound logistics, inventory control, or compliance monitoring
  • Experience using WMS, logistics Software, RF Scanning is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with inspecting incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring supplier compliance with routing guides and quality standards
