The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Inbound Distribution Area by effectively managing compliance, documentation, and shipment processes.
Responsibilities
Assist senior management in processing, organizing, and distributing compliance documentation across departments
Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for internal staff to ensure timely and consistent knowledge of policies and procedures
Perform tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient physical movement of shipments, in accordance with client instructions and company standards
Administer internal audits and support compliance-related activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with purchasing and sourcing teams to identify supplier non-compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and company guidelines in all daily tasks
Maintain thorough records and documentation to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED
1-3 Years of experience in supply chain, distribution or warehouse operations with focus on inbound logistics, inventory control, or compliance monitoring
Experience using WMS, logistics Software, RF Scanning is preferred
Hands-on experience with inspecting incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring supplier compliance with routing guides and quality standards
