Responsibilities

• Communicate student trends through social media and digital material.
• Assist in creating and curating engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, reels, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and social media strategies.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, campus events, and dining promotions.
• Assist Marketing Team with various marketing events such as meal plan sign-up tables, residential theme dinners, and promotions when needed.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong photography skills with the ability to capture high-quality images for marketing use.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Intermediate expertise in Capcut, Premier Pro or any additional video editing software.
• Beginner to Intermediate expertise in Canva.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates guest service skills.
