Responsibilities

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with a valid medical license in Utah.
• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling.
