Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategies for bulk and overseas buyers.
• Develop new client relationships and grow international business.
• Lead social content creation and campaigns for international buyers on platforms like WeChat.
• Meet minimum sales requirements based on store volume.
• Provide exemplary client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture.
• Drive sales through OAK+FORT eCommerce and social media platforms.
• Build client relationships through follow-up and engagement.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying updated on new arrivals and product knowledge.
• Maximize sales during special events and customer services.
• Process cash desk operations efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exemplary service to bulk purchase clients.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure inventory availability for bulk purchases.
• Maintain proper presentation of merchandise according to corporate directives.
• Support shipping and receiving of merchandise accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts as directed by corporate office.
• Support cleanliness and maintenance of the physical store.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of various social media platforms, especially WeChat.
• Experience in editing images and videos using mobile apps.
