About the position
We are seeking a motivated IT Product Management Intern to join our dynamic Product & Technology team. This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance the guest experience and drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Assist product managers in defining product requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to support feature development
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders
- Support testing and QA efforts to validate new features and functionality
- Support day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in product management, technology, and customer-focused design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Tableau is a bonus
