Develop and manage more complex application programs for specified projects. Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, set procedures, and communicate progress to clients. Manage project management personnel.
Responsibilities
- Provides oversight for the design, development, and modification of complex application programs within specified projects.
- Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishing comprehensive schedules, parameters, and procedural guidelines.
- Manages complex project budgets and estimates, ensures financial accountability and cost-effectiveness.
- Fosters effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and methodologies.
- Assists lower-level project managers on the execution and planning of more complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years' experience in business development position, or related field with a focus on strategic technology implementation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Certifications in big data analytics or coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced or Master's degree in related field preferred.
- 8+ years' experience preferred.
