About the position

EleVia Software offers a powerful suite of products to simplify and improve financial and operational processes for architecture, engineer, and professional service firms. Solve key business challenges with greater insight into project performance, cash flow, and profitability. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you'll be the primary marketer for EleVia, a Newforma Holdings company. Your focus: promoting EleVia's brand and driving growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing at Newforma Holdings, you'll leverage the expertise, resources, and support of the broader marketing team. This structure provides mentorship, collaborative projects, and shared insights while you maintain focus on EleVia's specific marketing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage content and design on WordPress.
  • Create website blogs.
  • Add community blogs related to products and industry.
  • Manage EleVia's annual tradeshow and other events, handling logistics, coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Create and post engaging content daily for EleVia's social media platforms, maintaining brand voice and increasing engagement.
  • Work closely with the Newforma Holdings creative team on visual projects, contributing ideas and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Draft testimonials and case studies to showcase our products and services.
  • Schedule, promote, and assist in the execution of webinars to drive lead generation.
  • Assist in various marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
  • Help analyze marketing data and campaign results to inform future strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies under the guidance of the Senior Director of Marketing for Newforma Holdings.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience within the AECO industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creativity and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with event planning or management.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
