About the position

As a Lane Server at Bowlero Corp, you will be a key ambassador for our bowling centers, providing exceptional service to guests while delivering food and beverage orders. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a lively environment and are passionate about guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend and upsell the center experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.
