This team is responsible for managing External Experience on help.salesforce.com and also manages Agentforce experience on the Help portal. The team is in existence for over 10 years, continuing to evolve and expanding into Agentforce technologies. We are a global team with full time employees in AMER and contractors covering APAC timezone. What are the selling points of the team? Being able to work in World class Salesforce Orgs - that service External and Agentforce experience on Help portal in salesforce echo system Customer Zero - we engage and partner with T&P in leveraging the beta products before made generally available Be able to be part of and manage some of the best Salesforce implementations in the Salesforce echo system The role forces individuals to think holistically and at scale at every single step, thus preparing for excellence into future Inter-dependencies: Who will this person interact with in terms of internal and external groups? What Departments will they support Interact with internal engineering teams in DET, Business and T&P across multiple timezones. What does success look like for the new hire in the first 60-90 days? Getting up to speed on internal processes related to code development, review, release and deployment. Understanding how Agentforce is implemented and contributing to team in building/configuring new features. Contributing to test automation strategy as required. Be the early explorer of new features launched by T&P and implement them for the Help Portal team Working closely with Enterprise Architecture team to get alignment on design and approvals from EARB, security, legal, etc.

  • Manage External Experience on help.salesforce.com and Agentforce experience on the Help portal.
  • Engage and partner with T&P in leveraging beta products.
  • Contribute to building/configuring new features for Agentforce.
  • Contribute to test automation strategy as required.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture team for design and approvals.
  • Overall at least 12 years development experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce.
  • 1 year working experience or familiarity with Prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with Apex, Experience cloud, Service Cloud, Javascript, Integration using Mulesoft and with SF to SF using APIs.
  • Bachelors or Masters equivalent in degree in Computer Science.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience building scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Object Oriented Programming concepts.
  • Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
  • Experience with test automation using test-frameworks.
  • Drive improvements in CI / CD pipeline.
  • Drive high bar for Observability / Monitoring for existing and any new feature launches.
  • Advanced experience in Go, with hands-on knowledge of go-chi for routing and gomega for testing.
  • Proficiency with Heroku and its ecosystem of add-ons such as Heroku Connect, NGINX, and Redis.
  • Comfortable working with Docker, including building and managing Dockerfiles and Docker Compose YAML configurations.
  • Experience with code reusability, scalable solution and design patterns.
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor developers in best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting full service stack, end-to-end ownership.
  • Worked on customer facing applications with high traffic volume.
  • Present the designs to internal/external groups and review designs of others.
  • Good knowledge of automation testing frameworks.
  • Certifications on Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer, Agentforce.
  • Exposure to test automation using Agent Test Framework.
