Responsibilities

• Frequently follow up with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Market to current customer base via email and text.
• Gather and review any missing information needed to complete the lending application.
• Update and maintain internal CRM tracking the progress of each lending application.

Requirements

• 2+ years of tele sales experience in lead generation.
• Basic computer functions proficiency.
• Excellent communication and lead management skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• CRM/Dialer experience is required.
