About the position

The Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at All For One Supportive Services LLC is a vital role focused on delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. This position involves leading and training other RBTs and Behavior Technicians, implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring effective communication with patients and their families. The RBT will work both in-clinic and in community settings, providing support and guidance to enhance patient independence and skill development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train RBTs and BTs.
  • Create weekly schedules for each client to maximize service hours.
  • Establish rapport with children and their families.
  • Collaborate with team members and families to develop formalized Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
  • Implement programming and strategies according to the ISP.
  • Model ABA techniques for parents to aid in their implementation.
  • Document each session through treatment descriptions and data collection.
  • Provide sessions in home and community settings as outlined in the ISP.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and parent training for each child on the caseload.
  • Assist in conducting initial assessments and ongoing stays in homes.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior changes accurately.
  • Assist in developing and modifying care plans based on individual needs.
  • Educate patients and families about behavioral health strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide support in daily living activities to enhance patient independence.
  • Engage patients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and positive behavior.

Requirements

  • RBT Certification (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in human services field (psychology, sociology, counseling, special education, or human services) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in management.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience providing services directly to children diagnosed with a mental illness.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records.
  • Experience with data collection methods and behavior management techniques.
