We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report findings to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience or knowledge in acute care settings preferred.
• Skills in tube feeding, ostomy care, specimen collection processing, and diagnostic evaluation are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic is a plus.
• Understanding of sterile processing techniques is beneficial.
• Knowledge of family planning practices is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
