This role requires working from our Atlanta, GA office every day. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of search engine optimization, web technologies, with strong analytical and project management skills. This role involves driving traffic to AT&T properties, working with cross-functional teams, and identifying new opportunities to increase traffic from search engines, and enhance user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Compile organic search reports using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.
  • Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and local SEO enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and industry updates.
  • Conduct website audits using tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate SEO recommendations and changes to cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to boost organic search performance.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive organic traffic for att.com.
  • Define a clear roadmap for the features you own with minimal supervision.
  • Design compelling, intuitive software experiences with wireframes and feature flows, collaborating with designers to create high-quality mock-ups.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop world-class products and measure key features and business metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SEO experience with demonstrated success.
  • 2+ years of WordPress experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO strategies.
  • Proficient with major SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Knowledge of schema markup and technical optimization.
  • Advanced technical understanding of web technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
