Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate care and support for residents with memory impairments
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
• Building meaningful connections with residents, families, and the Silverado team
• Keeping accurate care records and communicating any changes to the nursing team

Requirements

• Personal or professional experience as a caregiver or in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other debilitating illnesses is preferred
• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English
