About the position

The Lifeguard (Non-Student) position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool, ensuring the safety of patrons, and providing emergency care as needed. This part-time role requires a commitment of 10-15 hours per week and demands a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the pool.
• Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the natatorium.
• Acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.
• Provides emergency care and treatment until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Must have a current Lifeguard certification.
• Must have CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
