Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to medically fragile patients in their homes.
- Utilize a personal tablet for electronic charting.
- Participate in paid training and continuing education opportunities.
- Engage in online learning modules and simulation lab training.
- Manage a 1:1 caseload with no minimal weekly visits.
Requirements
- Active LPN License in Washington/Compact (required)
