About the position

The Maintenance Technician at CSI is responsible for maintaining equipment and company facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. The role involves working with welding, polishing, and machine shop equipment, as well as servicing HVAC systems and boiler room equipment. The technician will also conduct building inspections and handle various maintenance tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service HVAC systems and boiler room equipment.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Work with welding, polishing, and machine shop equipment.
• Perform plumbing and electrical maintenance tasks.
• Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures during maintenance activities.
• Handle changes and manage a busy schedule effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience is required.
• Plumbing experience is required.
• Maintenance experience is required.
• Electrical & Electronic Controls experience is required.
• Familiarity with LOTO Procedures is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Applicable Trade school education is preferred.
• HVAC and controls experience is preferred.
