Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth strategy and development of retail and health services across lines of business marketing campaigns and integrations to maximize value via CVS Health digital and physical properties.
  • Leverage analytics to forecast and measure marketing channel performance and support optimizations to deliver desired results.
  • Support the day-to-day management of end-to-end marketing campaign deliverables, including creative briefing, journey mapping, segmentation, testing strategies, and campaign delivery.
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to drive customer value by way of new channels, experiences, partnerships, or other assets and activations to deliver against growth goals for the enterprise.
  • Actively develop trusted relationship across functional relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, Media, Enterprise Digital, Business Teams, Analytics, Creative & Design, Legal, and Transformation.

Requirements

  • 5 years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retail, healthcare, and consumer understanding.
  • 4+ years of retail marketing or digital marketing/strategy experience.
  • 1+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.

  • Talent for working under pressure in a fast-paced, white space environment, with ability to balance business needs and requests.
  • Knowledge of digital tools, marketing technology and tactics.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and ability to create measurement systems and dashboard reporting.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data and synthesize into a marketing strategy.
  • Development of segmentation and marketing strategies based on insights and data.
  • Able to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based large enterprise environment.
  • Act as an independent self-starter and provide thought leadership with immediate team, partners, and organization leader.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
