In this role, you will lead and support our ongoing A/B testing and digital optimization efforts. This includes optimizing the website, apps, and commerce funnels across all channels. This role will partner cross-functionally to ideate, create, and align on guest experiences across all digital touchpoints. Experiences will be development based on the coordination of the testing process, calendaring, operations, strategy, and input from cross-functional business stakeholders. Hypothesis-based modeling and data driven analysis of new experiences and opportunities will be key to prioritize the development of new or enhanced digital experiences. The UX Manager is responsible to communicate and present on test statuses and results, collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, engineers, data analysts and other related teams to deliver required outcomes.
