About the position

In this role, you will lead and support our ongoing A/B testing and digital optimization efforts. This includes optimizing the website, apps, and commerce funnels across all channels. This role will partner cross-functionally to ideate, create, and align on guest experiences across all digital touchpoints. Experiences will be development based on the coordination of the testing process, calendaring, operations, strategy, and input from cross-functional business stakeholders. Hypothesis-based modeling and data driven analysis of new experiences and opportunities will be key to prioritize the development of new or enhanced digital experiences. The UX Manager is responsible to communicate and present on test statuses and results, collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, engineers, data analysts and other related teams to deliver required outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build a shared digital optimization vision across the enterprise that aligns to the digital roadmap and the go-to-market strategy for the company.
  • Partner with Digital Experience & Digital Business team members to align on goals, metrics, and success criteria for new and existing experiences to optimize.
  • Manage optimization team resources (employee & consultant) in roles such as optimization analysis, development, project management, & quality assurance.
  • Align with the Digital Experience team to incorporate A/B testing with analytics, UX research, and consumer insights to assess the impact of just-released enhancements.
  • Set the strategy and prioritize the testing ideas and environment, including backlog, testing calendar, test traffic and variants via our A/B testing platform.
  • Work with analytics teams to pull together and share out reports on test results.
  • Work with stakeholders and qualitative analysis teams to pull together and share out presentations on deeper level test learnings.
  • Develop and maintain a record of live, upcoming, and past tests, test results and test learnings.
  • Provide feedback and input on friction points and potential improvements to our digital channels.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in a user experience, digital research, digital product, or similar role with demonstrated capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, B2B/B2C, Product or related field.
  • 4+ years of direct data management/analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic person who can collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in digital for lead generation, channels, best practices and KPIs.
  • Strong foundation in statistics with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships across teams (e.g., Product, UX, Design, Merchandising and Development).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate to multiple audiences on the digital experience needs and direction.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels.
