About the position

Bela Brand Bat is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and sales operations. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery
• Support the sales team by managing client communications and preparing sales materials
• Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
• Maintain records of sales trends and customer feedback
• Prepare presentations and proposals for sales opportunities
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute to business development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
