Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training designed to build expertise across key departments, including marketing, advertising, sales, customer service, and business management
  • Execute dynamic face-to-face sales and marketing strategies that deliver results and elevate client brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and team members, fostering trust, collaboration, and brand loyalty
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Assist in developing and implementing impactful marketing plans to boost brand recognition and drive measurable sales growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to take initiative and work independently
