Marketing Assistant

About the position

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing department. This role involves helping to execute marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns, and assist in content creation and administrative tasks that drive brand awareness and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate and schedule marketing events, presentations, and materials
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support campaign planning
• Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and reports
• Monitor and track performance of marketing efforts
• Maintain updated databases and marketing inventory
• Support team in day-to-day administrative and marketing-related tasks

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative
