Marketing Assistant

Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our marketing campaigns and internal branding strategies. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies
• Support the development and distribution of promotional materials and presentations
• Coordinate marketing projects with internal departments and external partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics
• Help maintain and update company marketing materials, brochures, and databases
• Support administrative tasks and maintain organized marketing records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
