About the position

This role is based in our San Francisco office. As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Informa Festivals you will play a pivotal role in helping our brands succeed in their marketing automation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Executing comprehensive programs in Eloqua
  • Partnering closely with brands/Marketing Manager/Marketing Operations to become an invaluable resource and extension of their team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team stakeholders to drive campaign production, execution, and operations
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Design, localize, automate, and optimize regional demand generation campaigns using Eloqua
  • Manage data, including segmentation analysis, list management, and lead processes in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Configure and manage marketing automation within Eloqua
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions
  • Build and maintain automated campaigns across various channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation
  • Train and support team members on using marketing automation tools and processes effectively
  • Improve data integrity operations where possible

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience with Eloqua
  • HTML knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation processes, including lead management, campaign management, and online marketing
  • Expertise with CRM applications, such as Salesforce.com
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Marketing Automation systems (Eloqua experience mandatory)
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management tools, like Monday.com
  • Previous consulting experience (strongly preferred but not required)
  • Used to working with workflow management tools (we use Monday.com)
