Group Management Services (GMS) is looking for an ambitious self starter within the expanding IT division to be our newest Marketing Automation Strategist. The role involves building and managing email campaigns, nurturing streams, and engagement programs using Pardot, with a focus on accelerating time-to-campaign and improving engagement metrics. The strategist will collaborate with sales to align campaign strategy with lead follow-up workflows, analyze campaign performance metrics, maintain data hygiene, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations. Additionally, the role includes auditing and optimizing the marketing automation infrastructure, implementing lead scoring, building campaign attribution dashboards, and educating sales reps on Pardot and engagement history. The strategist will also mentor other marketers and perform all other duties as assigned.
