Marketing & Business Development Associate

About the position

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Marketing & Business Development Associate to help grow our external marketing efforts and business channels. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of marketing (social media, affiliate networks, partnerships) and business development (B2B channel expansion) experience. While prior experience level is flexible, we seek a candidate with strong potential, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize external marketing platforms, including social media, affiliate networks, and partnership sites.
• Develop, execute, and track scalable marketing campaigns that drive growth.
• Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities based on market trends and performance analytics.
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and business objectives.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand-building initiatives.
• Assist in B2B channel development, expanding strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Strong motivation and passion for marketing and business development.
• Some experience in social media marketing and business development is preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent oral English communication skills for partnership development.
