We’re seeking a data-driven, detail oriented Marketing Business Intelligence Analysts to join MNTN’s Business Intelligence Team. In this role, you will serve as the analytical backbone for our Marketing department, transforming data into dashboards and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, SDR, Sales and Data teams to deliver data-driven recommendations, actionable reporting and dashboards and business models.

Responsibilities

  • Entrench yourself within the Marketing and SDR organizations to understand their data needs, help them make data-driven business decisions and influence strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports monitoring Marketing and SDR KPI’s and metrics.
  • Perform in-depth ad-hoc analyses and modeling translating findings into insights and actionable recommendations (e.g. attribution modeling, marketing mix analysis to optimize spend allocation, campaign performance, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, etc.)
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, and fellow Business Intelligence team members to improve data infrastructure, data quality and BI roadmap.
  • Establish relationships across the Revenue organizations BI supports as well as Revenue partners (Finance, People Team, Product, etc.)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working as a business/data analyst supporting Marketing required.
  • A problem solver with a passion for data and analytics in support of driving business decisions.
  • Insatiable curiosity, always thinking why/what-if.
  • Comfortable working with leaders and stakeholders of all levels, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present data to audiences of all levels.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau and Bizable required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce preferred.
