About the position

In this role you will execute North America demand generation campaigns and marketing programs for a Delinea product line, including outbound campaigns like email, webinars, contests and improve lead flow through lead nurturing. You will work with a Sr. Campaign Manager to determine the right mix of tactics, build execution timelines to keep programs on track, coordinate with other marketing groups, and evaluate results to identify repeatable, high-performing campaigns. Your work will support integrated campaign objectives and performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns and programs to support business objectives: generating net new leads that result in the achievement of pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Apply analytics and insights to optimize campaigns to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversion rates through the funnel.
  • Proficient with modern project management platforms (Asana preferred) to develop project plans and lead project teams to execute efficiently and on a deadline.
  • Manage deadlines and tasks for ongoing projects across our writers, designers, digital, web, ops, and social teams.
  • Measure results and maintain on-going reporting for marketing leadership.
  • Identify opportunities and roadblocks early and often to capitalize or course-correct as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing campaign management, integrated campaigns, demand generation, and program management experience required.
  • Experience at a fast-paced technology or SaaS company is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to execute complex projects with multiple handoffs on a deadline is required.
  • Strong marketing and analytics skills and understanding of marketing attribution and waterfalls to be able to report on campaign success and identify what’s not working.
  • Strong results orientation with a keen sense of urgency to get things done.

  • Experience with the following systems is a plus: Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SalesLoft.
