About the position

We're looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing Campaign Strategist to support the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel lead generation campaigns for the restaurant industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done-building campaigns, managing systems, and tracking performance. You'll play a key role in launching programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline for PAR Technology's solutions targeting corporate restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch campaigns across email, outbound sales tools (Gong/SalesLoft), paid media, and organic social channels
  • Create HTML emails, segment lists, and manage assets in Pardot
  • Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate timelines
  • Vet and clean prospect/customer lists
  • Upload leads into Pardot and Salesforce with correct tagging and routing
  • Collaborate with sales for outreach support
  • Assist in defining target segments
  • Write campaign copy for various channels
  • Contribute ideas for new and repurposed content
  • Track and report on CTR, conversion rates, and influenced pipeline
  • Recommend improvements based on performance
  • Ensure alignment with business goals through cross-functional coordination
  • Support execution of partner and field marketing programs

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in marketing, demand generation, or campaign operations roles
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation software - Pardot preferred - as well as Salesforce and Gong or SalesLoft
  • Experience running digital ABM ad campaigns in Google and LinkedIn
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
