Marketing Communications Assistant

About the position

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role will help drive brand messaging, improve internal and external communications, and assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies
• Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials, press releases, and company communications
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and events in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, brochures, and printed materials
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to manage marketing deliverables
• Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and prepare reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude
