About the position

Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a prestigious law firm in West Los Angeles to find a Marketing Coordinator to support and drive the firm's marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional with experience in legal marketing, event planning, content management, and vendor partnerships. The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options, but candidates must be local to Southern California for occasional in-office visits and travel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing pitch materials, award nominations, and client outreach strategies.
  • Plan and oversee firm-sponsored events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update website content via WordPress and collaborate on SEO strategies to improve online reach.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence across platforms.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of marketing experience within a law firm required.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred).
  • Prior experience in event coordination highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM software, and content management systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
