We’re hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team. This role blends creativity and logistics — supporting events, marketing campaigns, and content development that build brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage internal and external events, including CE dinners, lectures, and networking events.
  • Coordinate all event logistics: catering, venues, speaker arrangements, branding, and setup.
  • Curate and maintain event invite lists; work cross-functionally with HR and marketing.
  • Track engagement and attendance using HubSpot and Eventbrite.
  • Manage event budgets and maintain expense tracking.
  • Capture and create content for social media platforms and email campaigns.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries and manage communication via [email protected].
  • Assist with clinic-level promotions and referral initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and support creative development of new assets.
  • Contribute to planning meetings and strategy sessions across the department.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or communications.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using platforms like HubSpot, Canva, Eventbrite, and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required).
